Shelley’s vast experiences in the
fashion and beauty industry, styling for films and magazines and her distinctive creative flare have all led her to this point in
time.

A local girl by way of Victoria, BC. Shelley has spent her life living and working in Vancouver and has also travelled extensively throughout Europe and Asia.
During this journey she has created a vast network of clients, associates and friends who have all benefited in some way from
her expertise around how to look and feel fabulous.

Through the 12 years in the industry and due to demand Shelley has stepped out of the studios and has taken her talents
straight to her clients. She is
now  coming to those that request her for makeup
application, lessons, parties and
personal shopping.

Her ability to look at people, colors, textures and how it all flows together, lends itself very
well to the design and creation of her newest venture, that of Hilliard Fine Jewelry.
